ENGLISH
Summer
Summer is winding down and many of our students will be starting school again next week. Here at SEA we are busy getting ready for next term. Our school renovations are going well. The new wallpaper is up and the new flooring is being installed as I type. I want to put up pictures but I don't want to spoil the surprise. So you will have to make do with my descriptions for now.
From Monday we will continue our extended care program as well as all of our Tori Chan Kids Classes. I can't wait to see all of my students after this break. We will have lessons in our old "school" on the second floor. For some of my students and me these lessons will be like walking down memory lane. We started this school a little less than 10 years ago in the old school building. See you soon!

Book Club Outing
Toy Story 3 !! Of course we saw it in English! We went to Ikspiri to see it.
It was several of the kids first time to see a movie in 3D they kept reaching out their hands trying to touch the movie. I remember doing the same thing the first time I saw a 3D movie when I was about their age!!
Fun in the Sun!
Today the children in the Extended Care program and I went to the
Traffic Education Park (こうつこえん) to play in the wadding pool there.
It was the perfect day for it, hot with a nice breeze.
The kids played in the pool.
My name is Nancy and I'm visiting from America. I'm doing the summer day camp here at S.E.A. I did a homestay with Yuuki's family. We went to Odaiba and Roppongi Hills. I was able to see many interesting structures like Rainbow Bridge, the Fuji TV Building, and Tokyo Tower. I ate delicious food like okonomiyaki, homemade tempura, sushi, and sashimi. I had a really great time!
